Payment can be made to Public Bank account via transfer or cash deposits. Please be reminded that Interbank Transfer and Cheque deposits took a few days to process. Delivery will only be done after payment received.

Our shipping charges are based on Poslaju rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. Delivery charges are mentioned on each item and will be reconfirmed before payment. Poslaju normally took 2-4 days to arrive within Malaysia. While we make every effort to deliver on time, all dates specified are estimates only. We believe our courier services will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

All delivery are done within Malaysia only. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.  Please check your product(s) upon arrival and inform us your product received in good condition.  Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Warranty and Return

We do not accept any refund after product is sold. If there are any defects not due to wear and tear, misuse, abuse or disaster, we will try our best to fulfill warranty as described. All warranties are against manufacturer defects. Cost of return which includes delivery and courier charges will be borne by buyer while delivery of replacement or repaired products will be borne by seller. All warranty only covers within Malaysia.
